Hannah, an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA), began her notable audit career at Ernst & Young (E&Y) in Nairobi, Kenya, in 2001. Her initial role involved conducting audits for a wide range of clients across vital industries, including financial services, manufacturing, and retail. This experience laid a strong foundation for her deep understanding of various business sectors and auditing practices.

In 2005, Hannah advanced her career at PwC in Guernsey, Channel Islands, where she specialized in the audit of wealth management clients. Her expertise was further enhanced during her tenure with the E&Y banking and capital markets audit team in London starting in 2007. There, she focused on the financial services sector, auditing a diverse clientele that encompassed corporate banking, investment banking, retail banking, and wealth management. This experience underscored her ability to adapt and excel in different areas of finance.

A significant milestone in Hannah's career was her role at HSBC in 2011, where she joined the global banking and markets internal audit team. Her responsibilities involved identifying and rectifying business process weaknesses and control issues, demonstrating her strategic thinking and analytical prowess.

With over a decade of experience in the financial services sector, Hannah's audit expertise is both extensive and diverse. She has successfully led audit teams, conducted reviews of financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and managed various regulatory reporting requirements, including those from the UK Financial Services Authority (now FCA and PRA).
