Rustom (Tom) Dotillos, is part of our Accounting and Advisory team in the role of Accounts Manager.

Tom has over 20 years of combined job experiences in accounting, finance, auditing, financial reporting, taxation and business advisory services. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA Philippines and USA) and Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Tom was born and raised in Siargao Island in the Philippines, he started his professional career with E&Y in Manila and worked there for 4 years before moving to the Cayman Islands. Tom has been in the Cayman Islands for almost 16 years and worked with Hurley’s Ltd group for 14.5 years as their Accounts Manager in their Accounting and Finance Department. When not working Tom enjoys lawn tennis, volleyball, ultimate frisbee as well as activities such as running and swimming.
